The information in RADIO ONLINE is for Subscriber's use only. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, retransmit, broadcast or circulate the information received through the Service without the express prior written consent of RADIO ONLINE, except that the information may be downloaded or printed for licensed use.

Permitted Use

Subscriber accounts are for one-user license, unless a cluster license is purchased. Sharing your account with anyone is strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate termination of your account without a refund. This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your rights (including the use of RADIO ONLINE) or obligations to anyone.

Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability

Neither RADIO ONLINE nor any of its providers of information make any warranties, express or implied, as to the results to be obtained from use of RADIO ONLINE, and make no express or implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or use. RADIO ONLINE does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currentness, or noninfringement of the information available through the service, or the service itself.

In no event shall RADIO ONLINE be liable to you or anyone else for any decision made or action taken by you in reliance on such information or for any consequential, special or similar damages. You agree that the liability of RADIO ONLINE arising out of any kind of legal claim (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) in any way connected with the service or information in the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to RADIO ONLINE for use of the service.

RADIO ONLINE does not publish its Daily Show Prep on the following U.S. holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Your Service subscription period will continue until you notify RADIO ONLINE using the Cancel Online feature available from the Customer Support Area, or until terminated by RADIO ONLINE. Monthly revolving services are billed in advance and are non-refundable after the billing date. Monthly subscriptions will end on what would have been the next billing date. The subscription will remain active until then.

If any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and your rights and obligations shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the state of Texas governing contracts wholly entered into and wholly performed within Texas.
